Roads are much better marked (vs. several years ago) and there is a lot more law enforcement. The roads are relatively well marked. You can get maps at many gas stations convenience stores. The maps also have English versions. All in all I find it OK place to drive. Although I am used to driving in China (besides the US) which is a really NOT easy place to drive....So it is all relative I guess :-) Let me know if you have additional questions Hi Sally,
