I write a South African blog about life in the country and recently also did one on safety tips to the tourists. With the upcoming Olympics in your country it is good that you alert the tourists. I have also read an interesting article on fuel saving and helping to create cleaner air, visit my Blog and read about it maybe it will help the situation in your country too.
